Cory Strolla was born in Omaha, Nebraska, son of a United States Air Force pilot and raised in South Florida. Mr. Strolla graduated from Jupiter High School in Palm Beach County and went on to graduate the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice, with a Psychology minor. While attending the University of Florida Mr. Strolla was a member of Pi Kappa Phi and held several committee positions throughout his collegiate career. He also dedicated countless hours to the Alachua County Boys and Girls Club as a volunteer, and was committed to his philanthropy for the campus-wide blood drive in cooperation with the Civitan Blood Center of Alachua County.

After college graduation, Mr. Strolla attended Stetson University, College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida, which was the nation’s number one and highest ranking law school for trial and litigation skills, where he earned his Juris Doctorate of Law, graduating with advocacy honors. While attending Stetson Law, Mr. Strolla served as a Teaching Assistant for Stetson’s Trial Advocacy Skills, was President of the Trial Advocacy Society, a finalist for Stetson’s National Trial Team, a two-time Stetson Intramural trial champion with best advocate honors, awarded the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award and the Victor O. Whehle Trial Advocacy Award, a member of the Student Bar Association, and inducted into the Marquis Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges.

Upon graduation, Mr. Strolla was hired as a Prosecutor with the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office to prosecute criminal offenses. He served as a County Court Division Chief for DUI and Misdemeanors, and a Juvenile and Felony prosecutor prior to leaving the State Attorney’s Office in August of 2000. In addition, Mr. Strolla was formally appointed by the Governor of Florida Jeb Bush to act as a Special Appointed Prosecutor for high-profile and sensitive cases outside of Palm Beach County. Mr. Strolla is admitted to practice law in every Jurisdiction in Florida, both State and Federal Jurisdictions throughout Florida. Mr. Strolla’s professional honors and associations include Marquis Who’s Who in American Law, Marquis Who’s Who in the World, Palm Beach County Youth Court Judge, the Florida Bar Association, the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and a former member of the American Inns of Court. Mr. Strolla has been published by the Florida Bar “MASTERS OF DUI” seminar for co-authoring articles on vacating DUI convictions and habitual traffic offenders, as well as making several appearances as host for the “Law Talk” radio program in North and Central Florida.
